Almost the 1st of the year

Ok here it is almost the 1st of the year. I haven't gone out in a while to take any pictures for a couple of reasons. One it has been cold and I have been busy with work trying to close out the end of the year (one of the drawbacks of owning your own company even if it is just you). And the second is it is just boring to go out by myself sometimes. I know that I just need to do it but well I guess I have been lazy. Ok my new years resolution is to just go out and live life and not worry about anything else.

ok here is the deal, I got a new camera and have been posting to facebook. I think I will make a new post on here instead and start posting the new pictures to this blog and post a link to facebook. I notice that unless you have a facebook account you can't see the new pictures on facebook.

Need to make more time

I need to make more time to do this. I look back on some of the recent pictures and they look like crap they look like tourist pictures. I need to get back to the art.
I need to just stop ... when I see that shot or story that is just begging to be told. I can drive by something or see something but tell myself that I am too busy or that I will come back to it but I never do and for most shots if you wait even for a second ... the shot is lost .. forever.
